Lead Ingot Alloy Compositions
The alloy composition of a lead ingot determines what it can be used for downstream — whether it goes into solder, plating anodes, ballast or specialist alloys. We supply standard compositions from stock and cast bespoke alloys to customer specification.
Pure Refined Lead
Maximum-purity lead, the standard composition for shielding, ballast and most general industrial applications. Suitable for re-melting into cast lead components, radiation shielding and high-density ballast.
Antimonial Lead
Lead with added antimony (typically 1–6%) for increased hardness, structural strength and dimensional stability. Specified for:

Lead is a regulated substance under EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) and is listed on the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) candidate list.
