Pellet Sizes
- 2mm – 3mm — fine pellets for tight cavities and high-density packing

Pellet size affects packing density — smaller pellets achieve a slightly higher fill density, larger pellets pour and flow more freely. For most ballast applications the 3–5mm range gives the best balance of pourability and packing.

Marine Ballast & Yacht Keel Pours
Lead pellets are the standard ballast medium for yacht keel filling, subsea trim weighting and marine equipment ballasting. The pellets pour into the keel cavity, settle under their own weight, and can be topped with epoxy or resin to lock them in place. Used by:

Counterweight Shell Fill

Bulk-Bag (FIBC) Supply
For large ballast projects — yacht builds, large counterweight fills, foundry feedstock orders — we supply lead pellets in bulk bags (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) at 500kg, 1 tonne and bespoke fill weights. FIBC supply is the most cost-effective format for volumes above approximately 250kg and reduces handling time on site.
Custom Bag Weights
For customers with specific handling, storage or production-line requirements, we bag pellets to custom sack weights between 1kg and 25kg.
